Gill-Tech Academy of Hair Design Aesthetics classes are a 450 hour program of instructional and training education.  The classes that are offered have limited seats available to ensure personal attention.  Upon completion of the 450 hour program, a diploma will be given that will enable the graduate to become a licensed aesthetician in the State of Wisconsin when the state board tests have been passed.

The curriculum is based on the Milady Art and Science of Esthetic Technology. The Milady curriculum is known around the world as a leader in Esthetics education.

As stated, the Aesthetics classes are segmented into theory and instructional education.  The theory training segment teaches the fundamental concepts, principles, and procedures of Aesthetics.  The theory portion is taught in a classroom setting, and then expanded upon and practiced on mannequins, student subjects, and models, which makes up the instructional segment.

Once a student is ready to apply this knowledge in an actual professional setting, the student is scheduled on the clinic floor. Here actual patrons receive the professional services of our students as the gain hands on experience in a specific course area.
