The Nail Technician/Manicure course is a 300 hour state approved program.

Upon meeting all expectations of Gill-Tech Academy and completion of the Nail Tech program, the student will receive a diploma of the Nail Technician Program.  Students are then encouraged to obtain a license by successfully passing the state board licensing tests.

The Nail Tech program is instructionally based on the Milady Art and Science of Nail Technology curriculum.  The Milady Art and Science of Nail Technology curriculum is world recognized for it's expectations. The curriculum is designed to provide a solid foundation in the fundamentals of manicuring and meet the requirements of a contemporary salon.

Our curriculum offers both theory and practical training. The theory portion, which is taught in the classroom setting, teaches the fundamental concepts, principles, and procedures of Nail Technology. The practical experience is gained through time in the Student Salon with clients to give the students real world hands on experience in the field of manicuring.
